Earthen floor, crumbling walls
Our dear little studio, you always heeded the call
Storing furniture from Melbourne's big shift
Your rustic character always gave us a lift.

We've given you windows, sealed your floor,
Made a bathroom and kitchen, and so much more.
We've rendered your face, added some paint,
A staircase and balustrade - don't you look quaint.

Through the years you've bedded so many
Friends and family - don't mention the tenant!
We've spent many a night
A refuge from our renovator's delight.

You've excelled at our parties
We've filled you with song
So many attributes
The list is long.

Now it's time to open your doors
To share your charms, and invite those with paws
So welcome dear guests, relax, take a look
Please, we'd be honoured if you wrote in our book.

Our fully self contained character filled studio is available if our guests in the church wish to have family or friend stay with them while they are at St. Francis.

Open plan living but still offering privacy, there are two queen beds downstairs with one single bed on the mezzanine. More singles can be set up if needed.

Your pets are most welcome, we just ask not on the beds or furniture.

 

 

 

 

Tariff for the studio:

$ 110 double per night [ a surcharge applies for a single night's stay ]

$ 30 extra person per night

$ 10 per dog per stay
