Imagine waking aloft on the mezzanine under a soaring original pressed metal ceiling

St. Francis is ideally suited for a couple for that romantic and relaxing break away from the stresses of every day life, however an extra three or four people can be accommodated if required.

The large mezzanine space has been converted into the master bedroom and  ensuite bathroom, complete with shower, vanity, toilet and bidet.

Downstairs the main bathroom has a double spa with shower, vanity and toilet.

 

Additional sleeping facilities include a single antique bed (with a new mattress!) in Harry Potter's room and a sofa in its own alcove that converts to a queen bed with innerspring mattress if required.

 

The spacious open plan living space has a leather lounge suite,  a rectory dining table as well as a cosier dining table in front of the romantic carousel wood heater, and of course the odd church pew or two. There is a piano, guitar, a library of quality books as well as the expected TV, CD and DVD player.

 

Outside entertaining is well accommodated with an undercover cathedral pitched roofed area adjacent to the BBQ.

The mosaic table, fountain and the fairy lights at night make this a magical place. A novel feature is the outside bath, which is well screened to be totally private. Mosaic artwork and garden ornaments are dotted around the property and a small mixed orchard offers sweet home grown fruit in season
